Frequently Asked Questions
We believe in absolute transparency. Below are answers to common questions regarding Australian migration and our strategic process.
Can you guarantee a positive visa outcome?
No. By law, only the Department of Home Affairs has the authority to grant a visa. No registered migration agent or immigration lawyer can guarantee an outcome. We provide the migration strategy and precision required to maximize your chances, but the final decision rests with the Department.
Are consultation fees refundable?
While consultation fees are non-refundable, our firm operates a credit-back policy. Should you choose to engage us for full case management following your initial strategy session, the consultation fee is credited toward your total professional service fee.
How long does the visa process take?
Processing times vary significantly between different visa subclasses and individual cases. For example, Partner visas may take up to 2 years, while some skilled visas are processed much faster. We provide you with the most current Departmental estimates during your consultation.
What happens if the Department requests more information (s.56)?
If the Department issues a Request for More Information (RFI) under section 56, we forensicially audit the request and assist you in gathering the specific evidence required. We manage the entire correspondence lifecycle within the non-negotiable timeframes specified by the Department.
