How We Do It
We Assess
Firstly, you book a consultation with our Registered Migration Agent. During a consult, we assess your situation and visa history. As a result, we identify your immigration goals and provide you with a professional advice. We flag the potential issues for you. We then provide you with a proposal with the fees' estimate. The work is ready to be started on your case. In other words, you are getting closer to your dream!
We Prepare and Lodge
So you have accepted our proposal and fees. Consequently, a checklist and a questionnaire are sent to you. Certainly, we will audit your documents: each and every piece of evidence. To clarify: we will prepare the best possible application on your behalf. Above all, we will make sure it meets all the relevant criteria. Of course, our Migration Agent presents your matter to the Department in a timely manner. As a result, the Department starts processing your application.
We Support
Meanwhile, your application is being processed. While this is happening, we manage your case' life cycle. Our Migration Agent will provide you with the updates as soon as they are received from the Department, within 1-2 business days, never later. In addition we will help with the requests for more information. Most importantly, we communicate with the Department on your behalf. Finally, your matter is decided! After that we will explain the conditions on your visa. As required, we will provide you with a post-decision advice so you know your options.
IMPORTANT REMINDER
Only the Department of Home Affairs has the authority to make a decision on your visa application.
Because of this, no registered migration agent or immigration lawyer can guarantee an outcome of your application.
